Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it. You are always welcome to ring the shop on 315-314-6774 instead.
Estimates, bookings and prices
Nothing on this site is a price or a quote for your vehicle. Sending an estimate request or booking a time asks us to take a look at the car. The estimate itself is written once we have seen the vehicle in person, and no work starts until you have agreed to it.
Photos you send help us get ready for your visit, but they are not a substitute for seeing the car. Damage often goes further than a photo shows, which is why the estimate is based on the vehicle itself.
If you book a time, your confirmation email has a link to change it or cancel it. Please use it if your plans change, so the slot can go to someone else.
What you send us
When you send us a message or photos through this site, you are telling us the information is yours to share and accurate as far as you know. We use it as described on our privacy page.
We will not put photos you send us through this site on the website or on social media without asking you first.
Products, manufacturers and warranties
Lumilor, Cosmichrome, PeelClear and NanoPro are products made by other companies, and their names and logos belong to them. We use them on this site because we are certified to apply them.
Where this site describes a manufacturer's warranty, it is a summary in plain words. The manufacturer's own warranty terms are the ones that apply, and the manufacturer decides any claim under them. Ask us for a copy of the full terms at any time.
Financing and other websites
Financing through Sunbit is offered and decided by Sunbit, on its own terms. Links on this site to Sunbit, Facebook, Instagram, manufacturers and suppliers take you to websites we do not run, and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Our photos and words
The photos and text on this site belong to Empire Custom Paint & Body Repair, or are used with permission from their owners. You are welcome to share links to any page. Please do not copy our photos or text for another website or for advertising without asking us first.
The website itself
We work to keep this site accurate, but things change, including our hours, the services we offer and what manufacturers offer. The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes or completely up to date.
As far as the law allows, Empire is not responsible for losses that come from using this site or from not being able to use it.
